Description:
Our site at CTPark Madaras is found next to the Romanian town of Salonta, in Madaras, a four village-commune in Bihor County, Romania. Location is just 3 km away from the city of Salonta and located nearby the Hungarian border perfectly placed on the European road E671, as well as the Cris/Koros River canal. The town is situated in an area of Romania known as Bihor County. With a population of over 600.000 and a GDP per capita well above the national average, Bihor is one of the wealthiest counties in Romania, and its capital city Oradea has long been one of the more prosperous cities in the country, due mainly to its advantageous location in West Romania, on the Hungarian border, making it a gateway towards Western Europe. The 67ha site will be a new and greatly anticipated strategic address within the CTPark Network. Madaras is ideally connected to the Hungarian motorway network and adjacent to one of the most important transportation corridors in Romania. The site offers excellent connectivity to major cities in the west part of Romania and throughout the region as a whole. Located directly on the European road E671, the new CTPark will offer built-up space to both national and international companies who are involved in manufacturing and logistics; and represents a novel and ideal vantage point in west Romania. The properties on offer include our unique flexi space concept, units for light industrial use (starting from 1150m2), warehouse properties (from 3 000m2) and more, as well as the usual range of custom built facilities designed and built in line with clients requirements. Construction works are predicted to begin in 2009, the total investment costs of the project has been estimated to reach EUR 50. mil. CTP Invest has been active in Romania since December 2006, and is developing 3 other parks, namely; CTPark Bors next to Oradea, CTPark Pitesti on the A1 and CTPark Turda in Cluj.
