CTP Wins 1st Prize For Best Business Park

CTPark Brno - Phase II - This summer in under 6 months CTP completed 4 buildings totalling over 100 000 m².
CTP is proud to announce that we have received two awards yesterday during the 11th edition of CIJ Awards 2011 hosted by
the CEE CIJ, Central & Eastern Europe’s leading Real Estate
magazine at the Hotel Marriott. This year the voting has been done
differently, as a public voting (only one vote per company), and this brings even higher value into the awards.
CTP has been announced as the winner of the best business park
development for its newly built extension of CTPark Brno - Phase
II. 100 000 m² of rentable area was completed by September 2011 (in under 6 months) for our valued tenants Kompan and Wistron.
The thanks belong to the whole CTP team, especially our colleagues
from Brno. The total investment for CTPark Brno - Phase I & II on
include over € 175 million and a total of 4 300 jobs created from
this high-tech business park.
Remon Vos was also awarded as the winner of the “Industry Leadership Award”. This personality award means a lot to Remon and the whole CTP team, proving that long hours and hard work are worth it and appreciated.
