Our buildings are being certified as energy saving, A-class buildings thanks to a mix of smart design, heating systems, well-chosen materials and solar panels placed on the building roofs.
Our buildings are being certified as energy saving, A-class buildings thanks to a mix of smart design, heating systems, well-chosen materials and solar panels placed on the building roofs. CTP became a co-founder of the Czech Green Building Council and actively supports the development and spacing of green buildings in the Czech Republic. One of the first projects that meets the green buildings requirements will be placed right in CTPark Brno South. If you consider the low energy consumption of these buildings and the implementation of renewable energy produced by our photovoltaic panels, then the buildings can and do, in some cases, create more energy than they consume.
